“Ordered golf watch S12 but ordered the wrong one , my mistake, the gold shop replaced it with the one I really wanted quickly and without fuss. Will definitely use them again.”

“I had a problem with a Proquip sweater ordered which had some damage to the back of it which wouldn't have been seen until the item was unpacked. I contacted customer services and returned the item for replacement, from raising the problem to receiving a replacement took 3 days. Great service”

“Great service and the trade with clubs for cash was easy and well organised clubs are great early days only used 3 times but signs are good overall a first class service if only all customer service was this good.”
