I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to show my appreciation for the service provided by Ben at the Golf Shop Online. I ordered a custom set of wedges and the manufacturer fitted the wrong shafts. Ben contacted me before sending the clubs, to check that everything was as expected. We had a converstion and decided it was best to arrange a replacement. He also noticed a discrepancy on my order and rectified it. I really appreciate the personal touch here. A lot of other online retailers would have sent the clubs without thinking about contacting the customer. From start to finish his communication was excellent. Thank you!!

Used this site for the first time recently purchasing a Glenmuir lambswool jumper. Excellent price, great service and delivery time. Looking through the site they have some excellent offers and I would certainly recommend The Golf Shop Online for online purchases.

Ordered a new Ping golf jacket, it arrived within a couple of days. Perfect fit (L) and really good quality. GSO only supplies good quality products. It's that old adage "you get what you pay for"

Ordered a new battery for my trolley didn't pay the next day delivery but it turned up next day no problem with this company so will use them again

As you asked… I still haven’t received the item of clothing that I ordered - it was returned to you due to no house number been put on my delivery address - I’m sure my house number has to be given when making the order. Communication was poor and when I did ask what was happening I was told that as soon as you receive the returned package then it will be resent to me. All this is fine - no big deal to me - I’m confident that I will get my package but I thought that an identical item would be resent as soon as you received my email saying what my house number was - or at least say as soon as the package was received by you that it would be resent - I had to enquire to find this out.

Hi John Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate hearing from our customers. We are very sorry for the delay with your order. Although our website will ask for the first line of your address to be populated, it cannot verify whether the information inputted is correct. I can see the house number was missing from your address on your order. Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not inform us of any problems with the address, and they do not let us change it when it is in the postal system, so we have to wait for it to come back to us before we can contact our customer to get the correct information and resend it. If we were aware of any problems before the date we contacted you (5th March) we would of course of reached out. We are a small team and pride ourselves on excellent customer service, but sometimes it is out of our hands once it is with the courier, so we can only apologise. We would really appreciate it if you would reconsider your review as this does have a big impact on our business and we feel we really tried our hardest to keep you informed and acted as quickly as we could on this occasion.
