“Having ordered the wrong size of ladies golf boots on line I realised we would be passing close by the depot on our way to Devon a few days later. We rang and explained all to Julia who could not have been more helpful and agreed we should call in and exchange the boots rather than returning by post. This proved an excellent idea as I could try 2 alternative sizes and select the best fit. The gentleman on duty that day (no Julia) was extremely pleasant and helpful. I have since worn the boots and am delighted with them. Many thanks for excellent customer service.”
