“I have come to expect very good service and top quality products from GSO. However the last two purchases have not met the advertising specifications for the items. 1. I purchased winter trousers that were described as insulated but were the coldest golf trousers I've ever worn and I returned them for a credit note. 2 with the credit note I purchased a ping pullover but when this arrived it was very thin stretchy material, the same as a polo shirt, nothing like described. I've given up now and hung the item in the wardrobe waiting for the summer to wear it. I'm disappointed .”
