Hi John Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order and can see this was placed on Saturday evening and was put on a free delivery option, which we quote 3-7 working days. Your order left us on the Monday and arrived on the Thursday so 4 working days after it was placed. We send all customers tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We work so hard here to get orders out as quickly as possible for customers and try to keep our communication to the highest level.
