“Order processed and delivered quickly. Main package arrived in very poor condition and had obviously been opened, item taken out and assembled then resealed. This was evident by the fact that part of the item was in situ when it should not have been. Such was the state of the package, that there was concern about the item actually being new and not a return. However, it is possible that the item was removed from damaged packaging to ensure it was still functional. Whatever the reason, sending such damaged packaging does not inspire customer confidence. I also found a small problem with the item, some missing screws in production. I solved this by going direct to the manufacturer.”

“Everything was fine except for one small niggle. On the first page, I was informed that I "qualified" for free next day delivery. However, when I got to the last page, I found that delivery was free only if I accepted some number of business days. A cost was involved for next day delivery. This is an irritation experienced over many websites. I can understand it of course, but it is nonetheless very annoying.”

“Not yet received item. Not necessarily golf online fault when ever an online company use Dpb for their delivery it never arrives on time. This time when had a message from carrier saying sorry we missed you. They never arrived as I waited in all day plus we have CCTV. Then a contradictory message saying delivered to wrong address, so unfortunately still waiting. Have contacted carrier and waiting to see what happens”
