“Trousers were not as anticipated and needed a reduction of leg length. I don’t normally have such problems. Will not be buying from this supplier again.”

Thank you for your review, Sorry to hear that your trousers didn't fit - the trousers were a 30 leg - if these were incorrect sizing we would of asked for these to be returned to us so that we can inspect them for you and exchange them accordingly. We offer a 60 day returns policy and we could of helped with the return for you - please next time contact us first to discuss if you have a problem with an order as it is our priority to offer you a good service and resolve any issues.

“Ordered replacement head cover for my Ping fairway,happy with price and as always Ping quality, delivery time was a little slow from Royal Mail but would impact on me buying again. Great store.”

“Had to ring in order to confirm what I wanted was the correct item and price. They could not have been more helpful and added in my 5% discount as I had registered on the site. My sons clubs arrived very well packaged and on time. Great service.”

“DON'T USE !!! Purchassed four items at one go ...unfortunatly the Under Armour trousers turned up the wrong colour which was not my fault (Navy arrived instead of the Black that I ordered) they looked black in the bag until you took them out ...phoned them and was told "sorry about that but we will refund you and will also refund your delivery outlay" (that was £4.30 with DPD) ...got the refund for the trousers but NOT for the postage I paid out for. Will never use again. My advice to Golf Shop Online ...don't make promises you won't keep, thats exactly how you lose customers, especially new ones !!!”
