“The actual delivery and communication was really good, but unfortunately the water proof shoes I ordered have leaked on the second time of using them. The shoes at first were really comfortable, but as I have already said "the water has seeped through after 2 rounds of golf? Gutted really.”

“Thanks for returning my Footjoy shoes and arranging replacements. Perhaps you can shed light on why we only get 12 months warranty in Europe yet 24 months in the USA. Last time I checked New York ,Chicago , even the Sunshine State has rain. Thanks again great service.”

“Not long after I’d placed my first order with The Golf Shop Online I then saw a lightweight golf bag that I fancied. I found it slightly cheaper on another site but The Golf Shop Online were happy to match the price so I placed my second order with them. Both orders were delivered very promptly and I am very happy with everything I purchased. Will be the first place I look for my future online purchases.”
