“Very poor so far ordered on 2nd April still waiting for dispatch, I contacted them to which they replied 'You are of course under no obligation to wait any longer and we can issue a full refund" 19 days in I refused refund as it surely can't take much longer ! And wanted to avoid another 7/10 days with another company !!! I wish I'd read reviews it's a joke service !”

“I placed and paid for an order on 27 March and despite trying to call and sending emails (which have not been responded to) I still cannot find out the status of this order. Very disappointing as this was ordered as a gift.”

“Absolute joke of a company, do not place an order unless you want to lose your money. Placed an order over a month ago!! Never received goods No response to e mails and don’t bother trying to ring them as they won’t answer. BEWARE”

“If I could give 0 I would I ordered a pair of trousers from this company, and was told the order would be delivered within 3-7 working days. I ordered it just before Christmas and it didn't arrive in time. There are lots of bank holidays etc over Christmas so I gave them some slack. However after 24 working days, 5 weeks in total, I have not even received an 'order dispatched' email. Worst service I have ever received from an online company. Not even an email to apologise for the delay or an explanation. I wouldn't have minded if they'd said the order wouldn't arrive for a month at the beginning, but instead when I have emailed them they have said the order will be dispatched in a matter of days, only for weeks to pass without a word from them. I cannot stress enough how bad they have been. DO NOT USE”

“ordered a driver cover in mid november, haven't heard anything from them in 3 wks, tried to ring and just a message to email them and that they are fully operational but on web side my order is received but nothing shipped. I've resigned to the fact that im not going to receive the gift for xmas, but have doubts it will come at all. Not a good experience considering most sites have them as 5 star rating”

“ordered motocaddy umbrella on 16th june. apart from order acknowledgement no more news. have not met indicated delivery dates. You cannot call these people the number just plays a Covid excuse tape. They do not respond to emails claim they are too busy. Useless feels like a scam.”

“Poor experience so far. Ordered a GPS watch two Saturdays ago (suggested online it was in stock) as a present for family member. Heard nothing other than a sales confirmation email. Sent a chase email to customer services on Friday to find out where the item is, then followed up by sending their sales team an email on Monday as nobody replied (they aren’t able to take calls either....even though they are saying they’re so busy with more orders.....yet still have no phone line which doesn’t make sense!) Finally got a reply from Marty telling me that they have had to order the watch, so it’ll be 10 working days! Don’t know if that is from order date, from today?!? as the email was so vague and abrupt. Poor service, if I’d have known they have issues on stock or capabilities I would have ordered from someone more reputable that was honest in the first place. So disappointed it’s untrue. I belong to a few golf networking groups, member of a few courses etc so will be telling them of the bad experience unless I hear some much needed updates soon!!”
