“The service was amazing. Ordered a golf watch which according to DPD had been delivered but I didn't receive. Contacted Golf Shop Online by email on Sunday evening, had a response first thing Monday morning and my new watch is arriving on Tuesday. You cannot beat that for service, I wish all companies were as good as this. I will certainly be using Golf Shop Online for all future Golf purchases.”

“My company and name were left off the address. Goods were delivered but just thrown on a staircase anyoNe could have lifted them. Not happy with the DPD DELIVERY”

HI Thank you for your feedback. It is good to hear from our customers so we can let our third-party couriers know some experiences. The company and name do not appear to have been put on the order when it was put through so I think this is why the label would not of had it on. DPD are usually very good at delivering directly to the door so I can only apologise for this, they may not have known which company to deliver it to. If we can help in the future please let us know.
