“Absolutely brilliant 1st class customer service ! I ordered a pair of golf shoes that arrived before the expected delivery datet. The shoes size turned out to be too big, and the return process was very easy to follow and it was dealt with professionally and extremnely swiftly. I requested a replacement pair, half a size smaller, and they were sent to me withimn a few days. And, they fit perfectltly. Also, The Golf Shop On LIne had the best price on the market for these shoes. So, if you want excent customer service at extremely competetive prices the I can strongly recommend The Golf Shop On LIne.”

“I had a problem with my order onine.Called the sales office and they sorted the problem out over the phone. The person I spoke to was very polite and friendly. The items I ordered were delivered the next day.Pleased with the products.I would recommend using this company for you golfing needs.”

“Husband was delighted with his foot joy golf shoes which were a birthday present. You offered a large size which was wide fit which we were struggling to find on the high street. The price was competitive and was delivered on the date specified. Only criticism was delivery time was between 8 am and 6pm and it arrived after 5pm. Would have been helpful to have a morning or afternoon indication rather than waiting all day”
