“Consistently excellent service. Recently purchased a Ping G425 Max Driver and was so impressed by the price and customer service that I have just bought the fairway wood to go with it. Really fast delivery, particularly given the Christmas rush and the postal strikes, with excellent communication at all stages. Recommended without hesitation.”

“Fantastic customer service. This is my second order from them. They have a fantastic selection of goods that are always well priced. Items are dispatched immediately upon payment and sent out on tracker or next day delivery or as stated. Items are well packaged genuine products all brand new (unless stated on the listing) and they even arrive faster than stated. I would definitely order from them a third time”

“Sketchers Go Golf, ladies golf shoes... I got these from The Golf Shop Online while I was in the UK, my wife loved them when I got home to South Africa. Unfortunately, there was quality a problem with the shoe so I informed The Golf Shop Online just for info really and to my amazement their customer service followed this up with Sketchers and they gave me a full refund. Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Excellent! Thank you.”

“I had email saying item was at delivery depot but DHL have not delivered item yet. They have had it at depot since 1st December”

“Great service from ordering to delivery. Purchased Christmas presents for our son so not actually opened them yet, great choice and great value, once the order was placed I was kept updated on the delivery time and given an hour time slot which saves waiting in all day. I’d highly recommend this company.”
