“Unfortunately, the item I purchased was the wrong size but I was able to get a refund within 48 hours - great service. I also reordered the item in a larger size and that was with me within a couple of days. Always good doing business with Golf Shop Online - no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Ordered footjoy golf shoes and when they arrived they were an odd pair. Tried several times to ring customer care line but no answer. I dropped them an email and got a fast response asking for photos. They asked me to return the odd pair and they would order me in a new pair. New pair came several days later and were fantastic, and at a very good price. Only negative was I had to prompt them to refund my postage for returning the odd pair. Overall very pleased with the product, price and service.”

“Bought a long-sleeve polo with +50 UV sun protection. Hard to find but essential to me. Competitively priced and delivered on time. Good advice was given following receipt of a suspicious email regarding the upcoming delivery of the above. Turned out to be a scam. Thanks for that too”
