“The hat arrived later than hope but that was down to Royal Mail and the Easter Break. I was disappointed in the condition of the hat when it arrived as it had been badly squashed in the post. This was due to the lack of packaging and the hat just being put in a plastic parcel bag. I’ve managed to reshape and straighten most of it and hoping the rest drops out now it’s out of the bag. I would suggest that the hats are packaged better in future to save on this type of issue. I understand everyone is trying to be environmentally friendly but more protective is needed. “First time using this company and am impressed. good selection of products, easy to use website and helpful tips. Asking the pro questions a helpful tool also short video welcome and explaining the shopping experience when using The Golf Shop Online. Good communication for my order of Skecher Spikeless Golf Shoes from them also from DPD delivery service, arriving 3 days earlier than original date given.”

Hi Sue I have looked in to your order and can see this was placed on the 13th April and arrived on the 19th April, with the Easter bank holiday this was well within the 3-7 working days. I can see you were in touch yesterday as there was a fault with your shoes which we are arranging a swap for on Thursday. Hi Raymond I have tracked your parcel and can see we sent this and it was delivered on the 19th April. Hi We are very sorry you feel this way. The order was placed on the evening of Monday 11th April and due to the bank holiday this weekend we have now dispatched your order today on a next day service. Therefore your order left within 5 working days which is within our 3-7 working days delivery time. We spoke on the phone earlier today and I also confirmed this for you. It is a busy time of year for us after The Masters and with the Easter bank holiday, however, we work really hard to make sure your orders get to you on time and in great condition. HI David We are sorry you feel this way. I have looked in to your order and can see it was placed on the 9th April. We then sent it on 14th April which was well within our quoted 3-7 working days. Due to the Easter bank holiday your order took a little longer with DHL to be delivered but arrived with you by the 19th April. Therefore it arrived within 5 working days of the order. We feel we have provided a good service considering the bank holiday, we work really hard here and try our best to get orders to our customers as quickly as possible.
