“Good morning, please note, that I am NOT satisfied with your shipment, as you have supplied the WRONG item. The item does NOT fit to my Lithium-Battery. I have ordered model VB 180 A-12 (and this is what you have offered in your shop) , but you have supplied model LC-2323.
