“The few occasions that I’ve used The Golf Shop Online, I’ve found it to be a very good service. This order was slow in being delivered so I was actually on holiday when it arrived and as a result there was a hiccup with the delivery, which was quickly resolved. As with most online shopping I found most websites to be good but the overall service has to be judged by when you get what you buy. As a result the performance of the courier influences the purchase as well.”

“Courier said they could not deliver yesterday as no one was in we are here all day so they are lying not impressed with that”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you had issues with your delivery. We have looked at the tracking history, and the item was ordered on Wednesday, September 4th, and dispatched on Thursday, September 5th. I can see that the service was Royal Mail Tracked 48, and the item was delivered to a safe place on Saturday, September 7th. Royal Mail sends tracking emails so you can follow your parcel, but if you ever have any queries or issues, please email us, and we will be happy to help in any way we can. “I was looking for a new Ping ‘mid layer’ (what a name!) and saw them on this company’s website. Good price. Chose simply (cheapest) delivery method- worked a treat. Probably quicker than the fancy signing methods. Very happy.”
