“I purchased a PowaKaddy CT6 Golf Trolley ,the along with the competitive price, the free carry bag and the trolley being the latest 2024 version I was very impressed when it arrived promptly the next day. Unfortunately the charger was faulty,but again this was not a problem I contacted customer services and within 5 mins of them opening the following morning Julia emailed me back with a couple of things to check to see if the fault could be rectified but unfortunately it was a fault, Within an hour Julia had called me contacted James at PowaKaddy and arranged for a new charger to be sent directly to me. The charger arrived promptly the following morning and worked perfectly. I had forgotten what good customer service felt like and how refreshing it feels to deal with companies and their representatives who actually care and go the extra mile for their customers. Many thanks to Julia and the team at Golf Shop Online and James at PowaKaddy”
