“I was very disappointed that the personalised cushion I ordered didn't come in time for me to take to the Golden Wedding Anniversary celebrations of my friends for who I ordered it. The actual cushion itself is fine and as advertised and although I was told in a subsequent email how long it would take, this was not made clear on the website when initially ordering it. It said 2-5 days and didn't make clear that that was just the delivery time and didn't allow for the personalisation process. I would have made a decision to purchase it sooner if I'd realised the total length of time it would take to come. When I emailed to see where it had got to, Yasmin kindly said she would try and expedite it so if she did then it would have taken even longer. You really need to be clearer on how much total time to allow for things to arrive if they're being personalised. Ann Rudland”

“Extremely disappointing service! Bought two gifts, paid for next day delivery (which was a friday), got the item on two separate days! No tracking nothing! Both items were horribly packaged, and super flimsy. Not worth my time and money sadly! Customer service wasnt the best either. Hope things get better soon, as there is a lot of potential.”
