Easy to order, lots of different gifts to choose from. Would have given 5 stars but had a repayment & didn't know that one item wasn't coming disappointing.

Disappointed no phone number to contact tried to cancel order or change order straight away and customer services were slow to respond claiming order had l Conveniently been processed.

I ordered a wine glass for a dear friend and wished it to be engraved. The Gift experience took the order, very efficiently and the process was so simple. I received my order with 4 days of ordered and this was without express delivery extra payments. The glass was really lovely, very clear engraving and my friend will be delighted. Thank you. Contacted customer service 10 days ago, no solution or further response after being told I would get a call back. Emailed company & haven’t had a reply to my email. Quality of product was poor/cheap looking. The writing wasn’t clear, printed on thin low quality paper. Paid extra for gift box & it arrived loose not even boxed. Disappointed with item & customer care. Requesting a refund seems impossible

Very good choice of goods on the website. Found my secret Santa in no time, it came in a box with an easy peel delivery address label. Just easy off re wrap job done. Hope its ok haven’t looked at it.
