Very poor experience wouldn't buy again.

Was much smaller than expected I brought a flower pot and personalised it for my Nan. Turns out it was only 10cm tall so very disappointed on her big birthday. It’s too small to plant the flowers in we also sent her.

I ordered my item in May 30th it was processed June 3rd and I am still waiting on it arriving. It was a gift for Father’s Day I am furious I will not use this site again

Didn’t get what I asked for. No notifications that I wouldn’t. When I complained told I would get a 10% refund. Got nothing. Won’t be using this again

Order a gift and card. The card came first with the information on what gift was coming. This ruined the surprise. Then we never received the gift. Thegiftexperience took no responsibility and offered no help.

Had so much trouble with the gift I ordered. It was a personalised boxed newspaper for my parents diamond anniversary. It arrived two weeks late and the headlines that it had picked out to highlight we're all awful, depressing stories of murders, massacres etc..not at all a paper to remember heaooy events as it should be. Quality of print was awful. Couldn't get a refund as it was personalised and the customer services said they have no control over the gifts they sell and were massively rude and unhelpful.

Really disappointed with personalized cushion when it arrived. Low quality material & cover fitted cushion poorly. For what I paid I expected better. I'm not one to write bad reviews so on a positive note it was easy to order with good delivery time! Unfortunately on this occasion I didn't like the product.

Items arrived very late. When they did arrive one of them was faulty. Contacted customer services and they were unwilling to do anything. This place is a waste of money.

Very disappointed ordered a golden wedding present and card on 20th May for anniversary on the 30th May. Was not received until 4th June. I had contacted them on the 1st June asking them to look into this had an email on the 3rd just saying that they were sorry order had not arrived but expect delivery shortly and they can't imagine it is to far away. Miraculously it arrived the next day. Will not be using again.

Absolute terrible, would never use this company again, ordered a bottle stop, Engraved for my parents golden wedding anniversary, the website abbreviated anniversary to Ann and that’s how they engraved it although there was no option to change it on the website so stupidly presumed as when I typed the messaged in input anniversary that would be what was delivered but obviously not, when I contacted customers service they said I should have put it in the notes on the confirmation and wouldn’t take any responsibility however I didn’t abbreviate it the website did, and now I believe they have changed their website so obviously did take some blame for this error but would replace my item for such a special occasion!

The gifts ordered took some weeks longer than stated to be delivered arriving well after the event they were intended for. Stay clear.

I ordered the Personalised BBQ King Apron and it arrived very creased and very thin. When I contacted the Gift Experience, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. They now aren't responding to my emails. There were no care instructions either so I felt unable to give this as a gift. Will never use this company again.

I really hate having to make reviews like this. Had to chase up a gift for my Dads 80th. I was told it was with Royal Mail. No tracking number provided. I chased again should be with you soon. Chased again, don't know where it is. Can we get you another date as the archive has no further copy? No thanks I would like a refund.....still waiting!!

Don’t believe the times when they say will be delivered I ordered 3 for a 60th birthday only 2 came on time very poor service

Gift did not arrive for the 90th birthday. It never arrived and we had to start again. The newspaper date was accepted on the first order then it was not possible to supply that date. Was it ever possible? Once we finally rearranged everything the year book arrived over a week after the Wine and the selected Newspaper???

Awful customer service I had to chase my order for days when the company should of done the chasing! I missed my grandads anniversary as no one could tell me where it had been “dumped” never again!!
