“Ordered this on the 28th May, still haven’t recieved this as of 17th June , no tracking update since the 8th May. No response from the buyer what so ever and this was a father’s day present which did not arrive.”

“The recipient said they were very happy with the present. The difficulty was with communication over the delivery and when it would be delivered. I received a message to say that the recipients were out aaand didnt receive it and when I tried to communicate with gift exerience I could not but was very relieved to some days later get a message that iy had been received. Over all would have appreciated better communication.”
“I loved one of them it was beautiful! The other was damaged in the drilling of the 'words'. Sadly you could see that there were scratches below some of the letterings. I did not have time to return it to you, so I did not look into that possibility.”
