Still not received the items a month after ordering. I completely understand the delay but a month is a bit extreme. When I emailed to get advise on when I would receive it I got a rude response. I did not mean to offend anyone just wanted to make sure it had worked. Very disappointed and no idea if I will receive the order or not

They got the order wrong twice and would not refund for error. Not worth the effort .never use them again.Cannot blame Covid19 for all the mistakes.

We ordered a Lama cushion on the 26-04-20 and at the moment it has not turned up.!!

Both items I ordered were printed incorrectly. I requested a full refund and got one with no problems. I was disappointed.

I ordered 2 items, cushions and a card, both for my daughters 1st anniversary, so they were special and it was important she received them on time. The cushions turned up okay and we're nice but the card didn't. I sent an email chasing it up and got told it was on its way, no apology for it not arriving yet. A couple of weeks later I asked for a refund because it had disappointedly not turned up, the reply stated it would be in the bottom of the box the cushions were in and that we must have missed it because it is "well camouflaged". Firstly it wasn't in there because we recycled the box and broke it down into pieces, secondly, why would you send something in the bottom of the box which is easily missed. I replied and said it definitely wasn't in the box and can I please have a refund, the reply came back saying "I have refunded the card", that was it, no apology or anything. My daughter did not get a 1st anniversary card from her parents and that upsets me, therefore, I will not be using this company again.

When the item came the compost in the pack didn’t activate with water so and there wasn’t enough composts to go around. Nothing has grown - I would like a full refund please. Lucy

My order was not delivered on time. I know the world is in chaos at moment but never during the ordering process was I told this might be the case and I never heard a word on when it was ready or when it was dispatched. Not good enough. Won’t shop here again.

My review of the gift experience.., I have never recieved my parcel, when I asked for a refund or a replacement, I NEVER had a reply .. maybe I will get one now, better still.. I will get a FULL REFUND!!

I got a gift from the gift experience on line and was not happy with it as the whisky was for my husbands 50th birthday the whisky is that bad he can't even drink it so I am not happy with the product Heather Milroy

The item I ordered never came the item was ordered on the 22nd February for an anniversary gift for 28th February had not arrived by March 2nd so I cancelled the order this was the first time I had ordered from this firm so not a good start.

Was not happy with my purchase. I bought a crystal wedding gift for my daughter and son-in-law. The gift had a lot of facts about the year they married, what their names meant etc. All was fine until I saw a fact which said Prince Andrew was 45 in this year. How things stand at the moment, his reputation leaves a lot to be desired. I mean, he was sacked by his own mother! I contacted customer services and pointed out that I thought maybe this was a little inappropriate. They did contact their production staff and concluded that there was nothing wrong in including him in any facts. I strongly disagree. The outcome being I was not entitled to a refund nor were they prepared to reprint without that particular fact. Very shoddy, customer services were a joke. The gift went in the bin and I will never order from this company again. I’ve spoken to a lot of people about this, maybe I overreacted I thought, but I can honestly say every person was in agreement with me.
