“Ferry happy with my feather bonnet. Good quality, great fit and a lot lighter than my old one so more comfortable. Also the service was good. Diliverd in the time stated and well packed to prevent damage. Overall very happy.”

“I ordered two Harlequin Quills and two Harlequin Feathers to dress up a hat for my son's wedding; they arrived in record time. The quills are lovely. I failed to take into account the picture of the harlequin feathers in black was on a white background, this made it stand out more looking black and white, The feathers were only black and therefore were not suitable. After I contacted the company they agreed to exchange and I received two Ivory Coq 4D feathers by return post. They are beautiful and I am very pleased with the products and service.”

“Gillian was very helpful. The packaging and despatch were tip top. All the products were great but I did expect the brooch to have the small red feather a bit more red like the photo. Also I couldn't pay on line - for some reason the site wouldn't let me so I paid over the 'phone. However these are little niggles and I will definitely use you again if I need more feathers. Thank you for a relatively painless shop.”

“Very speedy delivery, although I did actually request Express Delivery! Lovely radiant feathers, beautifully made and well-packed. I had to buy two brooches (minimum order of £30 was a bit of a downside!) and it would have been helpful to have their measurements shown on the website. They were therefore slightly larger than anticipated, but I wanted them to tuck into the leather headband of a rather chic wool trilby I bought myself so now have the problem of which brooch to use!”
