“The order arrived very prompt and was good quality will definatley use again. I paid a little more and postage a little more than i'm use to paying but i needed a quick service which i recieved.”

“Ordered Naragansett Turkey feathers. Considered not great quality, some ends had been cut to shape with scissors and hardly any of the feathers had any of the mottled brown markings associated with this breed.”

Hi, I'm sorry you are not happy with your feathers. Unfortunately you did not order Naragansett Turkey which would have had a mottled Brown colouring. You ordered Lavender Turkey which are a blue/grey appearance with some Black mottling. If you would like to return the Lavender feathers we will happily exchange them for Naragansett or if you do not want them at all just return for a refund. Thanks. Gillian

“Beautiful quality feathers well packed and delivered in two days. Perhaps you could add some customers pictures and tips/tutorials on how to cut, sew and curl them especially for Millinery. I don't always know how many feathers I will need for a hat and although I understand the £30 minimum charge I would prefer to have no minimum spend as it really puts me off if I only need to top up supplies.”

“These are good as feathers. But for what I wanted, namely something from which to make a quill pen, they are not so good, because the quill part below the feather is awfully small. This is not the fault of the seller; apparently one should never use turkey feathers for quill pens, but I didn't know that.”
