“I ordered 3 hat mounts and a brooche. All were beautiful but one of the hat mounts was a bit out of kilt. This was replaced immediately and the lady I dealt with was polite and super helpful. Thank You Feather Factory!”

“Compared to other places (e.g. auction sites) the feathers here seemed a bit more expensive but I wanted to support British and know animal welfare was considered and I'm glad I did. The feather quality is excellent, they arrived very well packaged and the colouring was very similar to what I could make out on my computer screen. I will come back here first if I need more feathers.”
