“I was so pleased I came across this website. Gillian was so helpful on the phone and nothing was too much trouble. 5* for customer service! The feathers themselves were delivered quickly and very well packaged. They were as lovely as we hoped and were a great quality! Fantastic colours. Can't recommend enough. Thank you feather factory”

“The quality of the feathers were brilliant, and a really great price. I ordered one lot and liked them so much I ordered another. My only disappointment was that the second batch didn't have any yellow feathers. The colours are lovely, but there are too many dark ones and I really needed the yellows to add brightness. If there is anything that can be done about this I would be very grateful. None the less, delivery was very quick and overall I am pleased, thank you”

Hi, I am pleased you are happy with our service and feathers. Sorry you didn't get any yellow in the second batch, we do state in the description that colours will vary between batches.
