“The product delivered (Gold Goose Quill Pen) was exactly as I expected. They were gifts for some friends at a dinner last night, and they were absolutely thrilled with them. These were people who had spent their working lives attaining senior positions in the Armed Forces, Civil Service, Veterinary and other high profile jobs. They are not easily impressed, but they were last night. Thank you.”

“I ordered some hackles to improve the look of our Glengarry's for our Band (Forres & District) but when they arrived, I found that I had asked for the wrong colour. One call later, the situation was resolved. I returned the ones sent to me and received the correct replacement within a couple of days. No fuss and no bother. And the finest quality hackles !”

“I placed the order thinking the pens would go to my PO Box. Your staff were straight back to me stating it would be by courier direct. Great! The pens arrived in under a week to my house in Bahrain. Great service and the pens are excellent. My partner loves them, she's a happy girl. Thank you”

“The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, effecient and pleasant.unfortunately the "black" feathers sent turned out to be navy blue and I had to do a lot of dyeing before I could do the job I needed to in a v tight turn around . However I cannot fault the excellent professional service .”

Hi. Thank you for your positive review, I'm sorry you received navy fringe, I am looking into the batch which it came from as you might have been sent Swallow Black by mistake which we will make sure doesn't happen again. Dear Frida I have tracked your parcel and it states that delivery was attempted yesterday (22nd May) but they were unable to deliver. You will need to organise redelivery or collection from your local office. I have also sent tracking details to your email for you to use.
