We aim to supply high quality feathers and feather products, we don't try to compete with cheaper alternatives. If you would like to buy something from the website I'm sure you would be happy with the quality. For customers who are not happy for whatever reason we are happy to exchange or refund as necessary within 14 days of delivery.

“They were very helpful on the phone and were able to suggest which of their products would work best for what we were trying to do. The items arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. The prices were also the lowest I found anywhere, including Chinese imports on ebay. Would definitely recommend!”

Hi. I'm sorry you have not received your order yet. It would have been sent on the 1st Nov by Royal Mail First Class as it was standard delivery. This would normally arrive within 1-2 days. “Having been let down by another supplier I contacted this company who promptly sent me a colour sample and confirmed that they could dye the feathers to match the dress that I was making. On order they very promptly dyed and despatched the feathers and I received them before the expected delivery date. They are beautiful top quality feathers and look fabulous. Super service from the company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them”
