“Checked on a item, was out of stock, they E mailed me to say some was coming in stock, Then informed me when they came into the shop,I rang up and paid, they were with me the next day.Very Helpfull, nice to deal with and the Keen shoes are great.......”

“Bought two different size Arcteryx Atom LT mid layer jackets to try the fitting. They arrived at Collect Argos before the time period and I collected them with no hassle. On opening the bag along with the two jackets was a packet of mint cake, a nice token gesture. One jacket fitted Ok but the other was far too big so I returned it to the shop in Ambleside. The counter assistant was new and wasn't sure what to do about a refund since it was an Ebay account and Paypal payment but along came a more experienced counter assistant and sorted it out. No fault on the shop just a new assistant. He did say it would take a few days for the refund to go thro. A couple of days later the payment was credited to my account no hassle. Excellent service but this is not my first purchase from that shop although this time I did it thro Ebay. Definitely would purchase again.”

It was her initial and other responses that convinced me to do business with the store. Cinscientious, reliable, efficient and trustworthy. I would recommend this company to anyone.
