“We were let down by another company who’d failed to deliver in time. The Epic Centre were able to step in to the breach and save our holiday! Without the life jacket for the dog, the dog would’ve had to go to kennels last minute, and our staycation on the water wouldn’t have been the same. Great Product. Great Customer Service! 5* for sure.”

“My Nano Puff jacket arrived next day in the post. I called the shop before I ordered to check stock & had a chat with a very helpful & polite gentleman. “Almost instant answer, courtesy and helpfulness when I called with a question, followed by excellent despatch and free delivery, arriving the next day. All this even on special offer items, and for future reference I see good prices in general. Five stars are not enough. Thank you Epicentre. Highly recommended.”

“Sent the wrong item, An XS instead of a XXL and the wrong colour, what really irks me is that I have to return the item at my own expense despite it being their mistake, why should I be out of pocket? I will never use this company again.”
