“Have purchased in store on a number of occasions and service and products have always been good, particularly the manageress, she's always informative, honest and interesting to chat with. Bought an Icebresker product online. Regular emails letting me know order acknowledged, then delivered direct from supplier and date of delivery. Service and product at Epicentre were faultless.”

Hi Andrea I'm very sorry that the pants didn't fit. UK 14 (US10) were sent as ordered.(they were the only size we had in that colour). Your note only stated that they were too small and didn't mention any confusion about sizing - otherwise I would have been in touch yesterday. Your account was refunded yesterday Regards Sheila

“Ordered 27th December. Mesage that it had been dispatched that day but only arrived recorder delivery on the 2nd January. So 6 Days. Otherwise a good price and brand new in perfect condition.”
