“I ordered a Ruffwear dog coat, in fact I ordered two, but after paying for the order I received a refund on one coat as they only had one left in stock. The other arrived and was ideal, but too large. The returns process was simple and incredibly quick. Although I didn’t get anything from Epicentre in the end, it was still an easy experience and I would have no problem buying from them in future.”

“Excellent service. Bought a dog collar, the minimal Ruffwear Knot-a-collar, as a b-day present. Price was the best online, postage was cheap (& proportionate to the item weight/size, which is a rarity in today's online climate!), process was quick/painless & the collar arrived super speedily. All good, happy & very stylish(!) dog, happy owner, many, many thanks! 🙏🖤🐾”

“Very good web service. I initally phoned to ask questions about two insultated women's jackets - ordered both and returned the one that didn't fit my activies as well as the other . I returned the jacket using the post office and the label from Epicentre website. There was an issue about the label not working properly but after a call the webteam emailed me one out. The parcel was received by Epicentre within 36 hours and my return processed immediately. Staff are knoweldegable about the products and this is important when people do not live near quality shops selling top brands .”

“Very happy with my gloves and a good price. Had problems with delivery by DPD but the problem was sorted by Dani who I recieved excellent customer service from. I've looked at this objectively but it's worth pointing out that DPD'S poor performance may effect your reputation with some people.”
