“Rang the shop for some advice on Scarpa boot sizing before ordering a pair of Rebel Lites. Boots arrived very quickly and sizing was exactly as I had been advised. Unfortunately the boots were not as stiff as I hoped so I returned them. Received an email the day after saying that my money had been reimbursed. Great advise, great service, will use Epicentre again.”

“Great and friendly customer service. Very helpful over the phone and the delivery arrived early the next day. The item I ordered was sadly the wrong size; upon receipt of it, Epicentre emailed me to say the they had received it and the new one was in the post for the next day. Highly recommend.”
