“I ordered a rucksack, through EBAY from Epicentre only to be told it was out of stock ie sold out. I spoke to Kate who provided me with another suitable rucksack which was delivered in super quick time. Kate was most helpful and knew the product range well. A big thank you !! Hi Jurgen I'm sorry you haven't received your order yet. It was dispatched on 28th June (order date 27th) and the Royal Mail website shows that it was then passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in Estonia. Please contact your local postal delivery office quoting your tracking reference to see if it being held there Let me know how you get on. Regards Sheila

“I bought myself a pair of Telics in lime green. Delivery was very quick. I had cause to return the item for a replacement and can honestly say I have never before dealt with such an amazingly customer focused company. I felt I was being a pain and, if the epicentre thought I was, not once did they show it! I give them top marks for providing their customers with a great online experience, and their customer service is second to none. I love my Telic flip flops. The range of colours is fabulous and I will have to buy another pair!! I recommend anyone reading this review to shop with the epicentre for an experience that will not disappoint. From my experience, I can say they will certainly go the extra mile for their customers.”

“I needed some helmets double quick and had no time to come and collect them -the helmets were bought over the phone and collected by a friend of mine in Ambleside. The rating would have been the full 5 stars however, a security tag had been left on one of the helmets so they had to be returned the following day by my mother-in-law to have the tag removed.”

“I ordered some Meindl walking boots from the Epicentre. They arrived very quickly and without any postal surcharges (I am on the Isle of Skye and some companies charge a hefty penalty for being 'off mainland'). So overall very pleased with the service and would be happy to use them again.”

“Visited shop in Ambleside - great shop and super customer service. Ordered Mountain Equipment Lattice Jackets online but unfortunately too small. Speedy delivery. No problem with returns. All round great customer experience. Would certainly shop there again.”
