“Terrible customer service. I ordered a Patagonia hat from this site. After taking my money, I received a ‘confirmation of cancellation’ a week later, without any explanation as to what has happened to my order, or whether this was a mistake. I emailed the company to ask what was happening with my order and I am still waiting to this day to receive a reply…”

Many apologies that we had to cancel your order. As I explained in my email on the Monday (ordered late Friday evening), we were unable to find the item for your order so had to cancel it. The money was never taken as we did not process the order.

“I ordered an on running weather jacket in the sale and it arrived promptly but had a manufacturing defect in the hood draw string. I phoned the shop and the very helpful lady checked they had a replacement and helped me organise a free return. I received the replacement quickly and am a very happy customer.”
