“Ordered a mountain equipment padded jacket online from Epicentre. Kept fully updated with progress of order and my jacket was delivered within two days. Very pleased with my purchase and will use Epicentre again. Hopefully by visiting the shop in Ambleside.”

“I don’t do reviews but would like to say that I was amazed by the speed of delivery, speaks volumes for your standard of customer service. And I was very very gratified to use an outlet which was almost local and was not anything to do with Amazon.”

“Couldn't recommend highly enough, I ordered a dog jacket which unfortunately did not fit properly. Customer service & delivery were excellent, returns process was straight forward. Hoping to get to the lakes later in the year & will definitely visit.”

“Fantastic service - my items arrived extremely quickly. I bought a harness for my dog and, because she's between sizes, I ordered a few, kept the one that fit and returned the rest - so the free returns service was fantastic. My refund was also processed almost immediately. Will definitely use your online service again!”

“The Epicenter are a shop I did not know about until now. I purchased a pair of hiking boots at a great price unfortunately they were too small and I had to send them back. The service was wonderful. Free returns and the money was back in my account within 72 hours. I would definitely recommend them and will be shopping here again.”
