“Got exactly what I was looking for at the best price available anywhere and even during the lockdown received the coat within a couple of days of ordering. Outstanding!! Product is ME Kryos down jacket for my wife - perfect in every respect, couldn't be happier with the product & the supplier. Will defo make the epicentre my first point of call for future purchases”

“The order arrived sooner than expected and was packaged well. The product was as described and in good condition. I did have to return a couple of the items (harness didn’t fit my dog), but the process was smooth and refund processed quickly. Would definitely order from The Epicentre again!”

“Great service. Only comment would be that I’m buying sustainable products that are then being delivered wrapped in plastic. A number of other companies that I’m using are delivering in brown bags now which are far better.”

“Ordered an expensive Arc'teryx down jacket for my wife which arrived on time. Unfortionately the jacket wouldn't fit her and I had to send it back for a refund. I download a returns lable free of charge from The Epicentre web site and returning the coat was easy and painless. The refund was quickly made and The Epicentre kept me informed via email. Excellent service and I won't hesitate to buy from them again.”
