“The fastest delivery I have had when ordering online. I live in N.Ireland so expect it to take a bit longer but both times I have ordered it has arrived within two days which is brilliant. Products are also the cheapest I've found them online, to the point I thought surely this is definitely fake. But its not!! Brilliant service and products and would definitely recommend!”

“Awful experience tbh , paid £106 for an item and was emailed in the morning to say my order was being picked ( as I paid £6 for next day delivery ) then later that night / following morning to the next day , I received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to payment ( the day I’m now meant to receive my order ) the money has went from my bank and I showed the workers here , who said no it hasn’t come through our system ( must have otherwise they wouldn’t of seen the order ) and told me it would bounce back , and then money was pending out of my account and not actually taken . A few hours later the money was no longer pending and was taken 😂I rang up to tell them an which I was told was “no we haven’t recieved it , it’s bounced , to which I said please check again as I can clearly see I’m £106 short , in which they realised something had happened there end and the money did go through but because a refund had been started they then had to manually send me my money back an told me to re order ( this took 2 days , stressed me out and wasn’t offered anything in return for the fault there end , the coat was a birthday present for a friend hence the next day delivery and it was just messed up and something else was purchased , never had any apology or any gesture of epic centre , only contact I’ve had is asking me to write reviews”

I am very sorry you had a bad experience. We did explain that there was a technical issue which meant that we could not process your order. The order was cancelled the morning after you placed it (ordered at 9pm but we only open 9am-5.30pm) and your payment voided. We advised you to reorder immediately and we would still be able to get it dispatched that day - the same day the original order would have been dispatched with the £4.99 Next Working Day delivery charge. You decided not to do that, but I did not know that until now. The money had actually been taken (again part of the technical problem) but was refunded the next day as soon as I realised it had actually been taken. At the time I spoke to you, you appeared to be perfectly happy that the situation had been resolved and there was no mention of stress or a present, so I can only apologise now for any distress caused.

“I found the Epicentre via a google search for a particular Osprey rucksack. The price was much better than buying directly from Osprey’s website, which made me suspicious to be honest, but the trust rating was good so I thought I would risk it. Turned out to be a good thing, bag arrived on time with no problems at all and has all the tags and quality as you get direct. Have already recommended them to my friend!”

“I'd stumbled across The Epicentre whilst trying to find a specific piece of gear that was out of stock on my usual outdoor gear sites (and possibly not going to be restocked at all again). Not only did they have it, it was listed cheaper than literally everywhere else and it arrived at my house 48 hours later! Incredible first impression; will be checking them out again next time I'm on the hunt for new gear!”

“Great collar for my dog at a good price. Very efficient service from Epicentre. Unfortunately the dpd delivery didn’t do smoothly though. Had to wait 3 days longer than dpd initially quoted.”
