“My first order with The Epicentre was great good communication and arrived next day. However, the second order - I paid for next day delivery. Order was due today but I had an email simply stating it had been delayed. No idea of this is a short delay of day or longer. It has caused an issue as I wanted/ need the jacket for the morning.”

I am very sorry this has been delayed - thank you for bringing it to our attention. You received the email directly from DPD so we were unaware that there was an issue. We have checked with DPD and your parcel is due to be delivered today. As a gesture of goodwill we have refunded your carriage charge. Many apologies for this inconvenience.

“The Epicentre have a wide range of excellent products for outdoor life. My order was promptly delivered ans well packaged . My items are good quality and true to size. As they are winter clothes and base layers I cannot review items individually.”

“Called in today having purchased I soles in the past and was ser ed by Sophie. I left wihlth a pair of Hoka trainers and metatarsal pads but so my husband resolved his gait issues. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Sophie”

“This was our first experience purchasing instore at epicentre in Ambleside. All the staff are brilliant. We went in to browse footwear. The wife bought some insoles and I bought some walking shoes. The knowledge and expertise shared was really helpful. We had our feet measured and assessed and we learned allot. Thank you Sophie. Any future purchases planned, epicentre will be the 1st place to visit.”

“Good price and introductory offer for new customers. Excellent next day service (DPD) included in the price. Both of these were very important in selecting Epicentre, as other retailers did not offer a discount or offered delivery with far less reputable couriers.”
