“Great place to visit, down to earth staff all friendly and helpful. Ordered an item that turned out to be too big, free returns is great. Bought alternative directly from the shop. Recently bought gear elsewhere mail order, had to pay for returns. Epicentre got that business due to the returns setup.”

“I have only used epicenter online and it was a great experience. I even had to return an item as it didn't fit and they were very helpful on the phone helping me find the right size and doing the return. Highly recommended for top quality trekking gear”

“I'm very impressed with this company. I found it easy to order on their website and delivery was ultra fast. Two days after placing my order the items arrived. I needed to return one item and the returns process was quick and easy. I made a mistake in my order and this was dealt with speedily and courteously with the minimum of fuss. Excellent customer service.”

“A tricky-to-find waterproof available cheaper here than anywhere, and appeared next day with free delivery, all good. And I wanted to buy from a Lakes shop anyway to support the area given forthcoming holiday there (but won't be staying nearby) so buying from The Epicentre was a bonus.”
