“The Epicentre in Ambleside exchanged the top we incorrectly ordered within a couple of days. They have a very helpful and supportive after sales service. And.....they included a bar of delicious Kendal mint cake in with our new parcel!”

“In the recent inclement weather , I contacted Epicentre to enquire about my order , The Advisor I spoke to was very helpful and patient , she was positive about the date I would receive my item due and it did indeed arrive on that day . Thank you very much .”

I am very sorry about this. I will look into this but it is possibly delayed due to the weather. The parcel did leave us on Monday so may still be en route

“My order didn't arrive next day as paid for. Emailed epicentre. They refunded the cost and gave me discount for late delivery. Very efficiently and promptly dealt with by Sheila Seed. I would have no hesitation in ordering from epicentre again and would be ready recommend them to anybody”

“Already one of my favourite outdoor shops which I’ve visited many times in Ambleside, this is the first time I have used mail order from the Epicentre and I was very happy with the service, I was wearing my items at lunchtime the following day.”
