Many apologies for your experience. Unfortunately there was a couple of weeks delay before you informed us the parcel hadn't been delivered. The issue has been raised with DPD, as we had already told you, and you have been refunded for the missing item

“Great/wide selection of hiking clothes, accessories and gear. Website is easy to use with standard search, sort & filters. Generally prices are very similar to brands own websites but great discounts can be found during sales. Ordering process is easy. Dispatch/ delivery is quick & reliable (usually by DPD). On my 'look up' shortlist when buying gear for sure.”

“A great shop in Ambleside. The staff are always so friendly, helpful & knowledgable. A great selection of clothing and equipment. I particularly love the room dedicated to Arcteryx gear - a rarity! I always visit the shop when in the area and regularly buy items online when at home. Always have some great sale items as well - who doesn’t love ve a bargain. Well done The Epicentre - long may you be successful!”

“Very impressed with this retailer, delivery was super quick, unfortunately the item was too small and had to order the next size up. Returns were dealt with easily and the refund for the smaller item processed quickly. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use Epicentre again .”

“Order process was clear although I do recall that there was no clarity in the web site on when the goods would arrive or options to expedite delivery. I had to return an item because it was no longer needed. The return process was really simple. So apart from some improvement to the information during the online order process the ordering experience was good, thank you.”

“Exceptional service! I had the pleasure to be helped by Sophie in the shoe department in store. This is some of the best service I’ve received in a very long time. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about making sure she matched the correct product for me. I initially was looking at the orthotics but as a result of the wonderful customer experience I went on to purchase shoes as well and this was definitely not as a result of any upselling but as a indication that I trusted her to help me make the right choice.”
