“What an amazing experience! Couldn't ask for more, great support and advice, prompt service with excellent products. I hate shopping and have struggled to find gloves that are right, however after the help and advice of knowledgeable friendly staff I now have two pairs of gloves which surpass all I had hoped for.”

“I have ordered twice from Epicentre and been very pleased with the experience so far. The first time was Scarpa climbing shoes (Vapour Vs) which ended up being a touch tight but returns were no issue. Recently I ordered a Patagonia jacket which was at sale price. Prompt delivery and item as expected. Credit to Epicentre for stocking the XS mens sizes which can be tricky to get hold of.”

“Bought a coat online but sadly decided the colour was not as i thought/hoped. I had lost the order paper so had no number, but emailed the team and they were fabulous at sorting it out....and three days later the refund is in my account. We have bought other items on line and in the store and staff are always very helpful and knowledgable.”

“Ordered a fleece and an osprey talon Pro rucksack. Easy to order and arrived in good time. The deal on rucksack was fantastic, everywhere else were charging £200,I got it for £150. Being a lakes fan, when I sm in Ambleside area, I always visit epicentre. They have a lot of great quality stock, really is great browsing. Thank you”
