“Visited your shop in Ambleside briefly (in a hurry) recently which I was very impressed with. Due to parking restriction I was unable to have a good look around. I was particulary interested in the Telic sandal. I got in touch with the branch and spoke first to Kate the manager who was most helpful and then to Sheila who was equally helpful who placed the order for me. I ordered what I wanted and received the sandals the next day. What great service. Thank you. Mary Mayall”

“Ordered a pair of Mountain equipment ibex pants in 36 long (These guys seem to be the only place that Stocks long leg length :-) ) online they arrived the next day . I've bought from the store in the lakes before also, nice shop and staff. Recommended service.”
