“Ordering process good however parcel didn't scan at Royal Mail and couldn't be found all week. Luckily turned up yesterday. Good service from online team. Would be better if someone sees parcels being scanned as often the items are expensive, or in the case of the sale there aren't others available for replacement.”

“I saw it on insta, great t shirt, although the neck is very tight, I’m sure more wears it will loosen. I Love the flower motif. Would recommend, with cardigans transitional dressing as we go into Autumn.”

“Good on the whole . Some feedback for you - I ordered the trainers on the Tuesday lunchtime and received on Friday - was expecting them on Thursday as it’s a two day lead. No updates came re when to expect delivery.”

“The Dressing Room is my very favourite clothes shop, with fabulous clothes, exceptionally helpful assistants and a really welcoming atmosphere. I would give it five start but I think they sometimes go too far with the boho vibe and I would welcome some different styles in the clothing ranges”

“These masks are very comfortable and a better fit than most. Only issue is gaps appearing at the side if you have to tighten the ear loops. Could be improved by elasticating the borders of the bottom half of the mask. Other than that, they’re the best masks I’ve found so far. Nose bridge easy to fit to your face and doesn’t rub. Much better than the cheap material other sellers use and a similar price too.”

“Have ordered quite a lot of bits via internet and also shopped in store which I love as the girls really help when your trying to achieve a look. Only complaint is when ordering on internet the clothing comes so very badly creased it all needs steaming.”

“Item arrived promptly and nicely packaged. Sadly I had to return the item, but they had included a postage sticker which you just take to the post office, so a straightforward returns process, less £4 postage from refund. Received confirmation of my return and refund within a few days with no problems. I would buy from them again.”
