“Package arrived beautifully wrapped and promptly. Unfortunately style of coat did not suit me and return and refund dealt with promptly and efficiently. Although I live 170 miles away the Dressing Room are a go to store for me”

“I ordered so lovely sandals from Sam Edelman. They arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. They are perfect for the summer months ahead, but I would never have spotted them without the brillant Instagram content The Dressing room produce to help inspire me to find things I may never have found. “I have not found any other shop where they put greater emphasis on customer care. As a customer it’s greatly appreciated. When you are purchasing an item that is slightly higher in the price range it’s important that it’s right for you and the best possible quality. The Dressing Room team are helpful and honest. It’s always a pleasure, and a real treat, to shop in store. I must add that the quality of service is just as good on-line.”

“I ordered this as a little treat for my mum. She’s an NHS worker and with this current pandemic she really needed a little pick me up as she’s working so hard. The service has been 10/10. Any questions I had were answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The watch itself is so beautiful and my mum is very happy with her new accessory!”
