“Poorly wrapped item. Unimpressed.”

Hello, I am sorry your item was wrapped poorly. Our boxes can sometimes get slightly damaged in transit but we always do our best to wrap the items securely. Packaging for sale items is different from our standard packaging, so maybe that might have been the issue. Please let us how we can improve.

“This has been my go to shop for a number of years now and never ceases to disappoint! The staff are friendly and helpful and the range of brands is incredible. I am often complimented on my dresses and I never see anyone wearing the same outfit! Although at a wedding recently a lady arrived in a dress I had almost purchased!!”

“Ordered my item on line description and for advice was perfect as were the goods. Items arrived beautifully packaged and I was advised of delivery date closer to the time the actual time. Couldn’t have wished for better items or service.”

“The ordering and delivery was incredible fast the shoes were very nice but I am pleased I got some Harrison’s love sandals in the sale and I would definitely not pay full price for them as I am despoiled with the quality the sole is already wearing out after a couple of wear but not the dressing room fault just the manufacturer”

“Very efficient service. Well packed, felt care had been taken to send goods- packaged in good quality ‘Dressing Room’ box, made it feel a little more special. Unfortunately item wasn’t for me, but Dressing Rooms return service was fast and efficient.”

“I have ordered from the Dressing Room twice and both times have been astounded at the slick, efficient service and both times have received the parcel the following day. I now will check if the DR has an outfit I may have seen from another site, and would always use the DR every time if possible.”
