“The courier turned out to be the Royal Mail, the one hour time slot email didn't happen, meaning that the parcel was not delivered in the expected 2/3 day time as on the website, but had to be arranged for 2 days later. When I emailed asking where the parcel was, this was when I found out it was the RMail. There reply was 'well at least you have been able to arrange the redelivery- not very helpful!”

“Helpful telephone service and selection over the phone, though their website was suitable to order I need to enquire if on further details for making my purchase. It was good that they were flexible in taking the order and completing this on the telephone. The goods arrived promptly the next day. They are fabulous and I am now going to go to their store for a personal consultation for planning my wardrobe style ..can't wait!”
