“Ordering and delivery process was great but I ordered a handbag tassel in the sale for £12 and after one use there was damage to the tassel meaning bits were coming loose and hanging down. I didn't think it worth returning as it would cost me £4 plus a trip to the post office but I'm quite disappointed.”

“I ordered a watch which was excellent value and arrived quickly. I was however shocked at the amount of plastic wrapping. The watch was wrapped in a material pouch. Then bubble wrap then a large paper carrier bag then a large plasic bag which was enormous. The watch was intact but really the amount of wrapping was crazy. Would a small cardboard box not have been better and recyclable”

“Shopping at the Dressing Room is such a fun, pleasurable experience which is made by the girls, they are all so warm and helpful and it’s like having your own personal shopper as the more I shop there the more they get to know me and my style and are able to show me pieces that they think I would like and some of them I wouldn’t have necessarily chosen but actually they are usually the ones that when I wear them I get the most comments on!
