“Ordering process good however parcel didn't scan at Royal Mail and couldn't be found all week. Luckily turned up yesterday. Good service from online team. Would be better if someone sees parcels being scanned as often the items are expensive, or in the case of the sale there aren't others available for replacement.”

“Nothing wrong with the dressing room but the parcel wasn’t packaged well and the ‘decorative packaging arrived absolutely battered. Maybe would have faired better in a box or with a more careful courier.”
